Outsource Financial Services, Inc. (OFS) is a family-owned and operated business specializing in accounts receivable factoring. Often misunderstood, invoice factoring is a lending option for small businesses in which they sell their accounts receivable for an upfront cash infusion.

CREATE A MODERN AND DISTINGUISHABLE BRAND
In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving business landscape, rebranding is a crucial strategy for companies to stay relevant and competitive. For Outsource Financial Services, a modern rebranding effort was vital to distinguish themself from competitors and create a lasting impact on their target audience. Mile High Content successfully created a new logo, contemporary color scheme, and stylish font for Outsource Financial Services in 2023. Rebranding has assisted in portraying Outsource Financial Services as an innovative leader in the lending industry.
WEBSITE REBUILD
One of the biggest challenges of OFS was an inflexible website that could not make quick and necessary development changes, thus restricting conversion optimization implementations. In 2023, Mile High Content rebuilt OFS’s website using Elementor, our preferred WordPress builder. We successfully enhanced the website’s overall aesthetics while driving conversion by incorporating the new logo and color scheme, videos, moving elements, and clear call-to-actions (CTAs). INVOICE FACTORING EDUCATION
OFS provides invoice factoring to small/medium-sized businesses requiring cash flow help. One of the biggest challenges in OFS’s sales process is educating potential clients on the benefits of invoice factoring. Contrary to traditional lending, factoring is often unknown and misunderstood. To help inform website visitors about invoice factoring, we created a sleek animated explainer video on the website’s home page. We also built an informational page on factoring that is easily accessible in the website header.
INCREASE ORGANIC TRAFFIC AND WIN RELEVANT KEYWORDS
When we commenced our partnership, OFS had approximately 50 keywords in its organic portfolio. Most keywords were irrelevant, low-quality terms that could not convert to real dollars and sense. Within two years, we grew their keyword portfolio to over 350, most pertaining to local or industry-specific terms. Invoice factoring is a very niche and misunderstood industry. Winning organically on the first page of Google has yielded OFS to over $350,000 in sales annually.
INCREASE GOOGLE AD CONVERSIONS
Establishing a trustworthy and reliable brand was and continues to be a top priority for OFS, especially in the lending industry. When we initially started handling their digital marketing, OFS only had two Google reviews. Today, they have 14 Google Reviews and a 4.9-star rating, thus displaying genuine customer satisfaction and positive feedback. We also installed a plugin on OFS’s homepage displaying their Google reviews since prospective customers sometimes visit their website instead of their Google Business profile.
INCREASE GOOGLE AD CONVERSIONS
OFS suffered from a lack of Google Ad conversions due to poor branding, weak website call-to-actions, lack of online reviews, and a general misunderstanding of their services among potential customers. After resolving these issues, as mentioned above, we optimized their Google Ad campaigns and thus increased SEM conversions by over 1,000% monthly since the launch of the new website.
