NOLA Home Care

As Mile High Content’s first client, we have proudly worked with NOLA Home Care since 2020. Owned by Brian Flaherty, NOLA Home Care provides personal and companion care to senior citizens and individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living activities. Located in Metairie, a quaint suburb of New Orleans, Brian provides excellent care for his clients while creating a rewarding work environment for employees. We couldn’t be happier to work with NOLA Home Care and help them grow into one of the elite home care providers in the greater New Orleans area.

ORGANIC GROWTH AND INCREASE KEYWORD PORTFOLIO

One of NOLA Home Care’s top key performance indicators (KPIs) was growing its keyword portfolio and organic traffic quickly. We increased organic traffic and keywords by over 200% by making content recommendations, reorganizing page layout and design, and building high-quality local and industry-specific links.

Keyword growth over two years per SEMRush:

Organic Traffic over the past 16 months per Google Search Console:

INCREASE GOOGLE BUSINESS INTERACTIONS

Outranking competitors on Google Maps was a primary goal in growing NOLA Home Care’s digital footprint. We achieved higher map rankings by focusing on earning high-quality reviews, staying active with Google Business updates, gaining local links, and adding branded photos. Since taking over NOLA’s local search in 2021, there has been significant growth in Google Business interactions (see below), translating to increased telephone calls, driving directions, and website clicks.

INCREASE NON-BRANDED GOOGLE AD CONVERSIONS

Before working with Mile High Content, NOLA Home Care did not run Google Ads. Today, digital advertising is integral to Brian’s lead generation strategy and sales growth. As with any new campaign, there is a learning curve to optimizing an ad campaign per competition, demographics, trends, etc. Once dialed in, we have steadily increased Google Ad conversions (telephone calls, form submissions, etc.) while eliminating wasteful spending.
