Salon Studio

Studio Salon is a chic boutique salon offering the best in hair and nail services in Denver, Colorado. Located in Golden Triangle, adjacent to downtown, we were honored to work with Andrea Tucker (Owner) and her talented stylists to create a series of branded videos. Upon visiting Studio, we were immediately impressed by its modern and hip atmosphere, embracing a clean and sleek aesthetic. Filming salon services quickly became one of our favorite video projects, sparking the imagination to life through visuals, music, and storytelling.

STORYTELLING THROUGH LONG AND SHORT-FORM CONTENT

Upgrading Studio’s video content to create an emotional connection to its audience was a glaring opportunity.  Although they had professional photography, they lacked the refined definition of video. Studio Salon wanted to illustrate their unique take on a salon experience, and photography can capture one moment in time. Only through videography (art in motion) could a captivating story be told, such as walk-throughs, the drink menu, a central location, etc. 

When analyzing Studio Salon’s needs, it became apparent they would benefit from a wide array of short and long-form video content. Our strategy was to create a bulk of videos in one single shoot and deliver the entire project within two months. After that, we recommended that the content be distributed socially for over a year. Although most videos would be delivered socially, an “About Us” video would be created in a horizontal aspect ratio and dedicated to their website homepage. Strategically, the slow distribution of content enhanced branding for Studio Salon.
